Ordering
Follow these simple steps in placing your order:

View the furniture on our site and select the groups/pieces that you wish to order.

Print the order form.

Carefully fill in the blanks on the order form, printing clearly.

Print the terms and conditions contract, read carefully and sign to show that you accept the terms stated.

Submit your order to Thomasville Custom Connection, Inc. by mail, fax, phone or email.

Payment

Send a minumum of 35% of the total cost of your furniture order at the time you place the order. Payment can be made by check, money order, cashier's check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.

When your furniture order has been delivered to our warehouse, you will be called and informed. At this time, an additional 35% of the total cost of your order is due. If you fail to make this payment within 15 days after you are called and informed that your furniture is ready for delivery, you forfeit your original deposit and the furniture is sold.

Our furniture carrier will contact you and schedule a time to make the delivery of your furniture. When your furniture arrives, if you still have a balance, you must pay the balance owed to the carrier by either cashier's check or money order. Our carrier does not handle CASH and is not set up to accept credit cards.

At any time prior to delivery, you can make full payment by check, money order, cashier's check or credit card, eliminating the need to pay the carrier at the time of delivery.

Shipping charges are paid directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. To estimate that charge, total the weight for your furniture and then multiply that number times the shipping rate. See the rates table to find the rate per pound for your state and to calculate other charges. All weights on furniture are estimates and could vary 15% either way from the actual weight. When the furniture is loaded by the carrier, it is weighed and the actual weight is recorded. This weight is the one that will be used to calculate your actual shipping charge.
